The joined efforts of St-Josse ten Noode and "Brussels Capitale" region have turned out to be a big succes : this area, wich looked like a construction site for so long, is alive and doing well again. It will soon be an example of urban renovation. It offers to the public numerous commercial facilities such as shopping malls, boutiques, hotels, theatres. All of them will be very accesible thanks to public transportation and to many parking lots ensuring a very easy access. Our " Brasserie Le Saint Germain" was one of the first to believe and invest in this area.
